Configuring Monitoring

Introduction

In this activity, you need to configure the monitoring and alerting rules based on the functional requirements. Also, you need to create a user group. In the user group, you can add multiple users who you want to send monitoring related alerts through mail. You also need to configure the rule on the services.

If the microservice’s performance does not satisfy the condition in the rule, the vMonitor module triggers the alert and then sends it to the users in the configured user groups.

You need to perform the following functions to configure the system monitoring:
