An Introduction to App Ops

The App Ops module is composed of three sub-modules. These sub-modules are Service Testing, Force Logout, and User Management. By using the App Ops module, you can test the performance of vConnect services and forcefully kill the active user-sessions of different users who have accessed the current app.

The User Management sub-module allows you to create the profile of a user or users’ groups so that you can select a user or multiple groups of users to send alerts to them. You can choose to send alerts to the users related to the up and down statuses of all services, including scheduled services.
