An Introduction to Analytics
Analytics is a key segment of IT Ops that shows performance data for different services within an application through graphical and tabular representations.
It is instrumental in analyzing and comparing the services by using metrics such as Service Average Time, Traffic, Average Response Time, and the top five used devices or operating systems, among others, to find out bugs and fix them.
The analytics is divided into three sections:
- Users and Devices
- Events
- Logs
These sections encompass all relevant metrics for comprehensive performance analysis.
