Delete Current Child Object

When this task is applied, it deletes currently selected child object. When user performs the action to delete currently selected object, this task executes to capture the value of currently selected object and then searches the object in the array type JSON object. If the object is found in the JSON array, the Delete Current Child Object task deletes currently selected child object in the array.

To apply the Delete Current Object task:

1. On the Task dialog box, see the left navigation panel.
2. In the Search by task box, enter Delete Current Child Object, and the left panel displays the Delete Current Child Object task.

3. In the left panel, click Delete Current Child Object, and the Delete Current Child Object dialog box opens.

4. In the Delete Current Child Object dialog box, click in the Absolute Json Path box, and the Absolute Json Path box displays the list of arrays of objects.
5. In the list, select a specific array to delete the respective object.
6. After you select an array, click Save, the Delete Current Child Object dialog box is closed.
7. In the Task dialog box, click Save to successfully configure the Delete Current Child Object task.
